The TPS53313EVM-078 is an evaluation module for TPS53313 step-down regulator. The TPS53313 is a fully integrated step down regulator employing voltage mode control. The evaluation module is designed to use a 12V voltage rail to produce a regulated 1.2V output with up to 6A load current. The evaluation module is designed to demonstrate the TPS53313 in a typical Point of load (POL) application while providing a number of test points to evaluate the performance of the TPS53313. The TPS53313 features programmable (from 250KHz to 1.5MHz) switching frequency with selectable skip mode or forced CCM mode operation. The device provides pre biased startup, soft stop, integrated bootstrap switch, power good function, EN/input UVLO protection. It supports input voltages from 4.5V to 16V and no extra bias voltage is needed.
