The PT62SCMD17 is a certified gate driver board. This dual 1700V driver is specifically designed for CREE CAS300M17BM2 SiC MOSFET modules. The driver features VDS monitoring for protecting the modules against overcurrent. Both the blanking time (monitor is not-active when switching on) and the VDS level (proportional with IDS) is user adjustable.
