The PT62SCMD12 is a certified gate driver board. This dual 1200V driver is specifically designed for CREE CAS300M12BM2 SiC MOSFET modules. The driver features VDS monitoring for protecting the modules against overcurrent. Both blanking time (monitor is not active when switching on) and VDS level (proportional with IDS) is user adjustable.
