The SFH620A-2 from Vishay is a through hole phototransistor output, single channel optocoupler in 4 pin DIP package. This optocoupler is a GaAs infrared diode emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. This device has high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. Coupling devices are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
