The DG403DJ-E3 is a single-pole double-throw high-speed monolithic Analogue Switch designed to provide precision and high performance switching of analogue signals. Built on the high-voltage silicon-gate process to achieve high voltage rating and superior switch ON/OFF performance, break-before-make is guaranteed for the SPDT configurations. The switch conducts equally well in both directions when ON and blocks up to 30V peak-to-peak when OFF. ON resistance is very flat over the full ±15V analogue range, rivalling JFET performance without the inherent dynamic range limitations.
