The TMS320F28334PGFA is a 32-bit high-performance static CMOS DSP Microcontroller with Harvard bus architecture. The device incorporates 128K x 16 internal flash, 34K x 16 internal SRAM, 8K x 16 boot ROM, 1K x 16 one-time programmable (OTP) ROM, 16-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 88 general purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like enhanced controller area network (eCAN), serial communications interface (SCI), serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), multichannel buffered serial port (McBSP)/SPI and inter-integrated circuit (I2C).
