The THS6022IPWP is a dual high-speed differential Line Driver capable of providing 200mA output current (minimum) into a 50R load. This driver can be configured differentially to drive a 50Vp-p output signal over low-impedance lines. The drivers are current feedback amplifier, designed for the high slew rate necessary to support low total harmonic distortion (THD) in xDSL applications. It is ideally suited for asymmetrical digital subscriber line (ADSL) at the remote terminal, high-data-rate digital subscriber line (HDSL) and very high-data-rate digital subscribe line (VDSL), where it supports the high-peak voltage and current requirements of this applications. Separate power supply connections for each driver are provided to minimize crosstalk.
Independent power supplies for low crosstalk
Thermal-shutdown and short-circuit protection
210MHz Bandwidth (-3dB) at 50R load
1900V/μs Slew rate (G=5)
-69dB Third-order harmonic distortion at f=1MHz, 50R load and VO(PP)=20V
