The SN7416N is a Hex Inverting Buffer/Driver with open-collector high-voltage outputs. It features high-voltage open-collector outputs for interfacing with high-level circuits (such as MOS) or for driving high-current loads (such as lamps or relays) and also is characterized for use as inverter buffer for driving TTL inputs. This also features minimum breakdown voltages of 15V and the maximum sink current is 30mA.
