The LP5951MF-1.3/NOPB is a micro-power CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This single channel regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable battery powered systems by providing regulated output voltage and low quiescent current. The power consumption is reduced to virtually zero when switched to shutdown mode via a logic signal at enable (EN) pin. The LP5951 is designed to be stable with small 1μF ceramic capacitors. The device also has internal protection against short circuit currents and overtemperature conditions.
