The LM2903D is a dual differential comparator in 8 pin SOIC package. It consists of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies is possible as long as difference between two supplies is 2V to 36V and VCC is at least 1.5V more positive than input common mode voltage. Current drain is independent of supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open collector outputs to achieve wired AND relationships.
Single or dual supplies
Wide range of supply voltage from 2V to 36V
Low supply current drain is typically 0.4mA per comparator (independent of supply voltage)
Low input bias current is typically 25nA
Low input offset voltage is typically 2mV
Common mode input voltage range includes ground
Differential input voltage range equal to maximum rated supply voltage of ±36V
