The CD74HC4067M96 is a 16-channel high speed CMOS Analogue Multiplexer/Demultiplexer. This device is digitally controlled analogue switch that utilize silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL, with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. This analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer control analogue voltages that may vary across the voltage supply range. This multiplexer/demultiplexer is bidirectional switch thus allowing any analogue input to be used as an output and vice-versa. The switch has low "on" resistance and low "off" leakages. In addition, this device has an enable control which when high will disable all switch to its "off" state.
Wide analogue input voltage range
Low "ON" resistance
Fast switching and propagation speeds
6ns Typical at 4.5V "break-before-make" switching
Balanced propagation delay and transition times
Significant power reduction compared to LSTTL logic ICs
