The 1445996-1 is a Power Contact made of copper with silver plated finish. The POWER series wire-to-wire connector crimp pin/socket contact accepts 4AWG stranded discrete wire. The cold-headed contact comes with a closed barrel and is suitable for use with the AMP power series connectors.
