The S25FL116K0XMFI041 is a 16Mb Flash-NOR Non-volatile Memory with SPI IC interface and multi-I/O and industrial temperature. The top/bottom relative block protection range of 4kB to all of memory and three 256-byte security registers with OTP protection. The FL serial flash memory offers a reduced pin count for lower system cost while providing optimal read/write performance.
