The C8051F005-GQ is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit Microcontroller featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. This analog-intensive MCU features a 12-bit 8-channel 100ksps ADC, a 12-bit 2-channel DAC, 2 comparators and an on-chip temperature sensor. The C8051F005 also offers 32kB flash, 2.25kB RAM along with I2C, SPI, UART communication interfaces and 4 x 16-bit Timers.
