The AQY21XS series from Panasonic are photoMOS relays in miniature 4pin SOP. PhotoMOS relays feature extremely low closed circuit offset voltage to enable control of low level analogue signals without distortion. Typical applications include telecommunication (PC, electronic notepad), measuring, test equipment, factory automation equipment, security equipment and high speed inspection machines.
