The PESD5V0L1BA from NXP is a low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diode in 2pin SOD-323 package. This device is designed to protect one signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transients. The PESD5V0L1BA may be used on lines where the signal polarity is above and below ground.
