The NX7002AKA from NXP is a surface mount, 60V N channel enhancement mode field effect transistor in SOT-23 (TO-236AB) package. It features TrenchMOS technology with very fast switching and ESD protected. This device is used as relay driver, high speed line drivers, low side load switch.
