The MC9S08DZ32AMLF is a 8-bit Embedded CAN Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 32kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, an analog comparator, a can, 16-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 40 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like multi-scalable controller area networks (MSCAN) CAN 2.0 A/B software compatible module, one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, one serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface (SCI) modules and real-time counter (RTC).
