The BZV55 series from NXP are surface mount low power voltage regulator diodes which are hermetically sealed in SOD80C package. The device features non repetitive peak reverse power dissipation <= 40 W, total power dissipation<= 500mW and low differential resistance applicable at general regulation functions.
Wide working voltage range from 2.4V to 75V (E24 range)
Total power dissipation of 400mW at Tamb <= 50°C
Operating junction temperature range from -65°C to 200°C
