The BT134W-600D from NXp is a surface mountable planar passivated very sensitive gate four quadrant triac in 4 pin SOT223 plastic package. This very sensitive gate "series D" triac is intended for interfacing with low power drivers including microcontrollers. Typical applications of triac are general purpose switching and phase control.
