The 1PSxxSB4x series from NXP are surface mount general purpose schottky diodes. These diodes are configured in single, dual series, dual common cathode, dual common anode and quadruple common cathode/common cathode configuration. Applicable at ultra high speed switching and voltage clamping applications.
