The NCP18XH103J03RB is an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) Thermistor for temperature sensor. It features excellent solderability and high stability in environment, high accuracy in resistance and B-constant. The thermistor is applicable in temperature compensation of LCD, general use of electric circuits, transistor, IC and crystal oscillator in mobile communications.
