The BAT54 series from Multicomp are surface mount schottky diode in SOT-23 package. These diodes are configured in single, dual common anode, dual common cathode and dual series configuration. For stress protection, diodes are integrated with a guard ring and are mainly applicable for general purpose switching applications.
