The SST25VF064C-80-4I-SCE1 is a 64Mbit, SPI dual I/O flash memory device in 16 pin WSOIC package. It has 4-wire, SPI compatible interface that allows for low pin count package which occupies less board space and ultimately lowers total system costs. The SST25VF064C is manufactured with SST proprietary high performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. The split gate cell design and thick oxide tunnelling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability compared with alternate approaches. It significantly improves performance and reliability while lowering power consumption. The total energy consumed is a function of applied voltage, current and time of application.
