The PIC24FJ64GA104-I/PT is a 16-bit general purpose Flash Microcontroller with nanoWatt XLP technology. The low power microcontroller features 64kB flash memory, 8kB RAM and advanced peripherals. The PIC24FJ64GA104 family provides an expanded peripheral feature set and a new option for high-performance applications which may need more than an 8-bit platform, but do not require the power of a digital signal processor. The PIC24F CPU has a 16-bit (data), modified Harvard architecture with an enhanced instruction set and a 24-bit instruction word with a variable length opcode field. The Program Counter (PC) is 23 bits wide and addresses up to 4M instructions of user program memory space.
