This product offer all of the advantages of the well recognized mid-range x12 architecture with standardized features including 1.5kB of addressable program memory size, 25bytes of data memory size and 12 general-purpose I/O pins. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 4MHz with wide operating voltage of 3.5 to 15V.
