The MTCH652-I/MV is a programmable voltage boost converter with built-in level shifters and serial interface in 28 pin UQFN package. This compact projected capacitive driver with output enable and 19 level shifters provides an easy to use solution for driving high voltage (HV) outputs. The MTCH652 requires only 3-wire serial interface, latch enable (LE), two capacitors, PWM and small inductor. The PWM is used to drive boost and allows flexibility in duty cycle and frequency. The selectable internal soft start limits initial in-rush currents preventing system brown outs. The device contains configuration register (CONFIG) and data (DATA) register. The CONFIG register can be adjusted using SPI interface allowing for voltage changes during application time. The DATA register configures the 19bit output mask for high voltage (HV) output latches.
