The MAQ5283-5.0YME T5 is a 120VIN 150mA ultra-low IQ high-PSRR Linear Regulator offers a very-wide input operating voltage range, up to 120VDC and supplies an output current of up to 150mA. The regulator is ideal for high input voltage applications because it offers ±3% initial accuracy, extremely high power supply rejection ratio (75dB at 10kHz) and an ultra-low quiescent current of 8μA. The regulator is optimized for high-voltage line transients, making it ideal for harsh environment applications.
