The MXD1818UR22+T is a low power μP reset circuit in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This circuit monitors power supply in μP and digital systems, it provides excellent circuit reliability, low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +2.5V, +3V and +3.3V systems. Circuit asserts a reset signal whenever VCC declines below preset threshold, keeping reset asserted for at least 100ms after VCC rises above reset threshold and also keep reset asserted for at least 100ms after output is momentarily pulled to GND by an external pushbutton switch. It has an open-drain active-low RESET (complementary) output. This open-drain device has an internal pull-up resistor to VCC. It features a debounced manual-reset that asserts reset if the RESET (complementary) pin is pulled low for more than 1.5μs. It is used in critical μP and μC monitoring, printers, set-top boxes, intelligent instruments, computers and controllers.
