The MAX969ESE+ is a quad micropower, ultra low voltage, rail to rail I/O comparator 16 pin NSOIC package. Device draws less than 5μA per comparator and have open drain outputs that can be pulled beyond VCC to 6V (max) above ground. In addition, its rail to rail input common-mode voltage range makes it suitable for ultra low voltage operation. It is ideal for 2-cell battery-powered applications and offers programmable hysteresis and an internal 1.235V ±1.5% reference. It is used in window comparators, threshold detectors/discriminators, mobile communications, voltage level translation and ground/supply sensing applications.
