The MAX9019EKA+T is a dual precision nanopower comparator without reference in 8 pin SOT-23 package. It has beyond the rails inputs and operates down to 1.8V. An ultra low supply current of 0.85μA makes the MAX9019 as ideal device for all 2 cell battery monitoring/management applications. The unique design of output stage limits supply current surges while switching which virtually eliminates the supply glitches typical of many other comparators. This design also minimizes overall power consumption under dynamic conditions. The MAX9019 has push-pull output stage that sinks and sources current. Large internal output drivers allow rail to rail output swing with loads up to 6mA. It is typically used in ultra low power systems, threshold detectors/discriminators, window detectors, telemetry and remote systems, sensing at ground or supply line.
