The MAX824REUK+T is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog timer and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor's (μP's) reset input starts the μP in a known state and μP supervisory circuit assert a reset to prevent code execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and significantly improve system reliability, accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components.
