The MAX6864UK23D3S+T is a nanopower microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit with manual reset input and watchdog timer in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit combines voltage monitoring, watchdog timer and manual reset input functions. The device asserts a reset signal whenever the monitored voltage drops below factory trimmed reset threshold voltage, manual reset is asserted or watchdog timer expires. The reset output remains asserted for a minimum timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold and manual reset is deasserted. The watchdog timer monitors activity at the WDI input to prevent code execution errors.
