The MAX6775LTA+T is a low power, 1% accurate battery monitor in 6 pin UDFN package. This low power device is ideal for monitoring single lithium-ion (Li+) cells or multicell alkaline/NiCd/NiMH power sources. It offers single low battery output and factory set hysteresis of 0.5%, 5%, or 10%. Hysteresis eliminates the output chatter some times which are associated with battery voltage monitors due to input voltage noise or battery terminal voltage recovery after load removal. It has an active-low output that asserts when the input falls below a set voltage. The MAX6775 single channel device is available with push-pull outputs. It is used in battery powered systems.
