The MAX6718UKSHD3+T is a dual ultra-low voltage μP supervisory circuit in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is designed to monitor two system power-supply voltages. This device assert a system reset if any monitored supply falls below its factory trimmed or adjustable threshold and maintain reset for a minimum timeout period after all supplies rise above their thresholds. The integrated dual supervisory circuits significantly improve system reliability and reduce size compared to separate ICs or discrete components. This device monitors primary supply (VCC1) reset threshold voltage of 2.925V and secondary supply (VCC2) reset threshold voltage of 1.313V. An externally adjustable RSTIN input option allows customers to monitor a third supply voltage down to 0.62V. This device has correct reset output logic state when either VCC1 or VCC2 remains greater than 0.8V. The push-pull reset outputs along with manual reset input.
