The MAX6466XR16+T is an ultra low μP reset supervisory circuit in 3 pin SC-70 package. This circuit monitors battery, power supply and system voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. This circuit includes a precision bandgap reference, a comparator and an internally trimmed resistor network that set specified trip thresholds and an internal 5% threshold hysteresis circuit. This device provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when monitoring nominal system voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. It is used in load switching/power sequencing and noise-immune μP reset circuits.
