The MAX6386XS31D3+T is a single low voltage, low power microprocessor (μP) reset circuit in 4 pin SC-70 package. This microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit monitors power supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5V while consuming only 3μA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. It has an open-drain active-low reset output and debounced manual reset input. Typical application includes controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (μP) and microcontroller (μC) power monitoring and battery powered equipment.
