The MAX6320PUK29CY+T is a μP supervisory circuit with watchdog and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit monitors power supplies and microprocessor activity in digital systems. It reset input starts or restarts the μP in a known state. The reset output of μP supervisory circuit interfaces with reset input of the μP, preventing code-execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is used in embedded control systems and intelligent instruments.
