The MAX5487ETE+ is a dual non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 16 pin TQFN package. The device combines a dual 256 position potentiometers and the control is achieved through 3-wire SPI interface. It has an internal non-volatile EEPROM to return the wipers to their previously stored positions upon power-up. It minimizes board space and reduce interconnection complexity in many applications and are ideally suitable for low-drift programmable gain circuit configurations.
