The MAX5417LETA+T is a non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 8 pin TDFN package. The device combines a single 256 position potentiometer and the control is achieved through I2C interface. It has an internal non-volatile EEPROM to store the wiper position for initialization during power-up. It minimizes board space and reduce interconnection complexity in many applications and are ideally suitable for low-drift, programmable gain amplifier circuit configurations.
