The MAX4940ACTN+ is a quad, unipolar/bipolar, high voltage digital pulser in 56 pin TQFN package. This high voltage, high speed pulser is independently configured for either unipolar/bipolar/multilevel pulse outputs. Device has independent logic inputs for full pulse control and independent active clamps. The high voltage pulser with 8.5ohm output impedance for high voltage outputs and a 21ohm impedance for active clamp. The high voltage outputs can provide 2A (typ) output current. It use two logic inputs per channel to control positive and negative pulses and has a dedicated input to control active clamp. It is used in flaw detection, piezoelectric drivers, test instruments and cleaning equipment.
