The MAX4729ELT+T is a low voltage SPDT, CMOS analogue switch in 6 pin μDFN package. This device has low leakage current over extended temperature range, TTL/CMOS compatible digital logic and excellent AC characteristics. Typically consume only 1nA of supply current making device ideal for use in low power applications such as relay replacement, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits.
