The MAX4707EXK+T is a low voltage, 2ohm, SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. It is normally open (NO) version switch and provide 2ohm on-resistance (RON) and 0.6ohm (RON) flatness with a +2.7V supply. This device typically consumes only 0.02μA of quiescent current, making it suitable for use in low power and portable applications such as battery operated equipment, audio signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits, communications circuits and relay replacement.
