The MAX4678EUE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is 0.1nA at +25°C. This switch is ideal in low distortion applications and it is a preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment. The MAX4678 has low power requirements and require less board space. It is more reliable than mechanical relays. This devices feature a separate logic supply input that operates from +2.7V to V+ allowing independent logic and analogue supplies. It is used in audio signal routing, ADC systems, data acquisition systems, digital card applications, single ended 75ohm systems, PBX and PABX systems.
