The MAX4666CSE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is only 5nA max at +85°C. The MAX4666 is ideal in low distortion applications and it is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or in applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements and requires less board space. The device is more reliable than mechanical relays. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±15V supplies or a single +12V supply. It is used in audio signal routing, PBX systems and PABX systems.
