The MAX4641EUA+ is a high speed, low voltage, 4ohm, dual SPST CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin μMAX package. This monolithic, dual, SPST switch operates from a single supply ranging from +1.8V to +5.5V. It provides low 4ohm on-resistance (RON), 0.6ohm RON matching between channels and 1ohm RON flatness over the entire analogue signal range. This device offers fast switching times of less than 20ns while consuming less than 0.01μW of quiescent power. It has two normally open (NO) switches and low 0.35nA leakage currents over entire temperature range. It is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits and communications circuits.
