The MAX4602EWE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin WSOIC package. This device can handle rail to rail analogue signals and off leakage current is 2.5nA maximum at TA = +85°C. The MAX4602 is ideal in low distortion applications and is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements and requires less board space. This analogue switch is more reliable than mechanical relays. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±15V or single +12V supply. It is used in PBX systems, PABX systems and audio signal routing.
