The MAX4599EUT+T is a low voltage, single supply, SPDT analogue switch in 6 pin SOT-23 package. It operates from a +2V to +5.5V single supply. It offers 60 ohm max on-resistance (RON) at +5V and fast switching times (tON = 30ns max, tOFF = 25ns max). The MAX4599 features excellent RON flatness (4ohm max) and matching (1ohm max) between channels. This device also offers 5pC max charge injection. Typical applications include audio and video signal routing, cellular phones, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits.
