The MAX4564EUA+ is a low voltage, dual supply, SPDT analogue switch with enable in 8 pin μMAX package. This SPDT analogue switch designed to operate from dual ±1.8V to ±6V or single +1.8V to +12V supplies. The low on-resistance (RON = 40 ohm at ±5V) and low power consumption (5μW) make this part ideal for audio, video and battery powered applications. This switch offers low leakage current of 1nA (max) and fast switching speed of tON = 60ns and tOFF = 40ns at ±5V (max). It is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, communication systems, audio and video switching and battery operated systems.
