The MAX4534CSD+ is a fault protected, high voltage, single 4 to 1 multiplexer in 14 pin NSOIC package. This multiplexer has fault protected inputs, rail to rail signal handling capability and overvoltage clamping at 150mV beyond the rails. The MAX4534 includes ±40V overvoltage protection with supplies off and ±25V protection with supplies ±15V supplies. The device has maximum on-resistance of 950 ohm and is matched between channels to 25ohm maximum at TA = +25°C with single +12V supply. All digital inputs have TTL logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using a single +12V or dual ±15V supplies. It is typically used in data acquisition systems and redundant/backup systems.
